Every client has a card with the treatments she has had with you, the date of her most recent appointment that was not cancelled, how many times she did not turn up, and private notes only you see — a sensitivity, a shade, or what you did last time. You can search the client list by name or phone. It is not a marketing CRM: there are no campaigns and no loyalty club.
