Appointments booked through Sagarnu are managed in the Sagarnu calendar, and the availability shown on the booking page is derived from Sagarnu's own scheduling logic: opening hours, breaks and the appointments already in it. Yes. Every appointment booked into the calendar gets a confirmation immediately, and a WhatsApp reminder before the appointment as long as it was booked before the reminder time; a last-minute booking gets the confirmation only.
