Cancelling a booking

Cancel an appointment and notify the client.

Open the appointment and click the Cancel button in the footer.
  1. 1Click the appointment in the calendar.
  2. 2Click "Cancel" in the detail panel — the appointment is cancelled immediately.

The appointment is marked as Cancelled, and the client receives an automatic cancellation notice (when cancellation messages are on in Settings → Notifications).

💡

Cancelled by mistake? Open the cancelled appointment and click the "Confirmed" status to restore it — if the slot is still free.
