The Pro plan — what's included

The Pro plan suits both business owners who work on their own and businesses with a team. It is for anyone who needs more than the Free plan offers, including more appointments and messages, and the option to manage team members as needed. The current price, VAT and allowances are always on the pricing page.

Adding more team members

You can add team members beyond the included number. Each additional person has a monthly charge and increases the message allowance for the billing period — the current amounts are on the pricing page.

When you reach the message allowance

By default, automated messages beyond the allowance for your billing period are not sent, and when you reach 80% of the allowance an alert is shown in the admin. In Settings → Subscription you can choose to keep sending beyond the allowance; each extra message is then charged at the rate on the pricing page, and no 80% alert is shown — check your usage in Settings → Subscription. If you set a custom cap instead, the alert is shown at 80% of that cap.
